It is not sending an activation email so I can't use it..
Never had this issue on any of my other TVs tried twice to get a code.
I’m trying to set mine up, too, and it won’t send the activation email.
Same issue....not receiving activation email. First device setup yesterday was a non-issue.

There is no code with the new devices. You enter your Roku user account email address on the setup screen of the Roku, and then you get an email with a link to complete the registration. They eliminated entering a code on a web site, since that was how the scammers were trapping users with a phony web site.
If you haven't received the email, try it again and ensure you are using your Roku user account email address. When I set up a new Ultra a couple of weeks ago, I received the email within minutes.

It sounds like Roku has had an issue with their activation server. It's happened a couple of times this year. Hopefully @RokuDanny-R has seen this and passed it along to their tech support. Unfortunately, there's no email address that you can alert Roku when issues like this appear.
It’s working now! I just tried again and the activation email came right away.

This is my second Roku Streaming Stick purchase. Everything was right until the activation code email did not appear. I have gone through restart Roku, Factory reset, changed to a different email; have checked trash and nothing (I receive emails from Roku frequently--12/13 is my latest) do not have option of another WIFI. This is my fourth device; second Streaming Stick; all of my earlier devices have been error free as far as set up, obtaining activation code; am frustrated now. Ordered this from Amazon; ready to return to a Kohl's for Amazon return.
Any other thoughts? Thank you for any assistance
