@Neverruku21 Login to your Roku account on a computer.  Go to the support tab.  Select channels and viewing.  Once the page opens go to the very bottom right and click on check support options.  You should be able to connect to an agent.

We are looking for a real phone number as many things are not available on your web site & the people that do the chats don't know either!  Getting realy frustrated!!!!!!

My Roku is not working. It has been fine but this morning it will not connect to the TV. The Internet is fine, the TV is fine, but the Roku is flashing blue lights. I have turned off and on the modem and router many times. I have unhooked and reconnected the Roku many times. I have turned the TV off and on. I even went to the store and bought the most expensive HDMI cable that they sell. Nothing is working. The Roku is only about four months old. Oh, and I also pushed the reset button. I held it for 10 seconds, then for 30 seconds, then for a minute… No help.
