After I set up my TV I was browsing on my phone and saw guest mode and turned it on and thought I turned it off but apparently Ive completely deleted my entire account and now it's stuck on the calendar of check out and each time I pick a date and hit okay it says there's a problem connecting to the server? It's stuck on this screen and won't let me do anything. Please help me.

We're here to assist you with your problem getting out of guest mode. A problem connecting to the server may indicate a network issue.

Please restart your modem and router by unplugging them from the wall outlet for a minute and plugging them back in right after. You can also restart your Roku device by doing the same, which will refresh both your internet network and Roku device.

After doing so, please check out this support article here on how to turn guest mode off on your Roku streaming device.
