I just bought another Roku tv and my son sat it up but put the wrong email on it so it does not match my existing roku account. I can’t figure out how to change the email on my tv. Any help appreciated since speaking to roku directly is not allowed.

The only way to change the account a Roku is linked to is to do a factory reset (see link @Strega gave you) and set the device up again from scratch, this time linking to your desired account.
