I returned mine because I bought 2 Premiere models. One worked, the other didn't.
I bought on sale and can't afford to replace the defective product.
If you just bought the Roku device and it is defective you should be able to return it for a replacement.
I am having the same problem.
You say connect to a different network but I cannot get off of this page so no way to change the network setting. It literally is stuck on this page. Nice system!!!! **bleep** really! You would think when this many people have the same problem you would have a better fix
