When I got to this step in the setup process, the screen just froze up. Can't get to the password field to input my password to complete.. Just get a beep sound when pushing the arrow buttons. Help!

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Ate you trying to input your email address. Have you tried to press the OK button to see if that brings up the keyboard?
