Connect with mobile app then we can able to proceed using the mobile remote
Pressing the OK button on the remote brought up the keyboard, allowing me to enter. Why is this not in the instructions???

I am having this same issue. Can someone please help
I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. Still can’t move the curser with my remote. Keyboard is showing but can’t use it
@scornell, it seems like there have been several reports of the remote failing during the setup. Try new batteries in the remote. It may help to know the model number of your Roku device written on it somewhere.
Since there seems to be a problem with folks being able to figure out how to enter their email, it's a UI problem. I suggest adding the language 'press the okay button to bring up the text menu.'
There is no keyboard showing
@Nelsgoblue, try pressing OK or some of the other remote buttons.
