I think it's because I'm located in Venezuela, https://channelstore.roku.com/details/e093bdb60bb2a48289cd5d3c89b3b140/disney-plus the add channel button is grayed out even though disney offers the service in Venezuela. I repeat, the service is available in Venezuela, so there should be no reason it's not available on roku.
Disney may offer service, but they don't offer it on Roku.
