I'm trying to setup roku premier. It's connected just fine to my wifi but I'm stuck where it's asking me to enter my email to receive the activation code. I can't get the on screen to allow me to input anything in that field. I tried with my mobile roku app and same results. I can't input anything.

My email input problem occurs when I attempt to enter my user name (which is an email address) to use Broadway HD on my TV. I use the keyboard from the Roku app, but it cuts off the typing (on the Broadway HD screen, but not on the app screen) five characters prior to the end. Needless to say, I can't log in. I do not have the same problem logging in on my computer. Any ideas?

I have NO smartphone. And I cannot enter my email address on the TV screen.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What and where are you trying to input your email? Have you pressed the buttons on your remote to see if are you are able to input your email?

Have pressed every single button on the remote. It it does not move. It does not provide a keyboard to "type" anything into.
