I have a new Roku ultra I just bought and it was hooked up and working. The other night the internet went out in my house and we got that fixed but ever since I’ve not been able to set my Roku back up on my tv. I’ve hooked it up to another tv in the house and it worked but when I put it back in my room it won’t let me do anything. I even factory reset it and still can’t do anything. I can’t even get the remote to pair to the device.
