my wife and I bought 2 Roku tv. We were able to activate one tv but the second tv we are issue activating the tv. When it comes to enter your email and it tells me that it can’t reach your email. I have tried it being in hotspots, wireless and wired connection. I have rebooted my router. I called tech support and they are escalating the issue but I would like to know if anyone had this issue before and how you solved it.
