Can one Roku drive multiple tv’s

I have a rec room “sports bar” setup and currently with my Directv, which is going away, I use the tuner output to drive two screens to show the same content.

if I plug the Roku into the HDMI splitter and connect two displays, is the Roku capable of driving two? One is an older Samsung DLP and the other is a Samsung 50” plasma.

Also can an extra remote be programmed to a Roku allowing either remote to change the Roku?

are the remotes RF or IR?

So I tried the Express connected to my HDMI splitter and successfully did this. Also the remote appears to be RF because I could control it from another room
