Help. My brand new roku express streaming device has such a terrible lag. At first I thought the remote wasn’t working. So I reset it and it says it’s paired. It seems like it takes 15 min after pushing a button for the roku to react to what button was pushed. Has anyone had this problem. Have had it plugged in for a hour and haven’t even gotten past the initial setup process.
