Oh my, @AvsGunnar , you are AWESOME!!!! I switched out the power adapter, USB and HDMI elements and now the living room is working fine with the Roku Express and the bedroom tv is stuck at 99% loading. You are a genius! Thank you for your patience with me being technologically handicapped and solving the issue! I am packing up the streaming stick and taking it back to Best Buy now.
