Brand New Roku said it was updating, then list signal.

Just attempted to set up my new roku. Went thru adding wireless info, then it said it was updating and would restart. It went off about 30 seconds later, shows no signal to the tv and never came back on. We turned off everything and restarted tv and roku. The Roku logo shows up and then nothing- no signal…

Try starting over with a factory reset.
