Bought a Roku ultra. Requires me to purchase a high speed hdmi cable. Is 18 gbps high speed enough?

Yes.  You only need a high speed cable if you're connecting it to a 4k TV.

Yes.  You only need a high speed cable if you're connecting it to a 4k TV.
