I don't yet find ANY 'Bally' apps available for download on Roku. But when they do become available I expect they will require a subscription to a tv provider that carries them. That's how they get paid.
It has been reported that Bally intends to make Bally Sports available by direct subscription, but I've seen no reports that this is available yet.
