So that Hallmark Movies Now Channel/App (8.6.27) is a direct subscription billed/managed by Hallmark. The login is greyed out because it does not recognize an account. Either try login directly on their website or contact them below to resolve the issue.
There are a couple different Hallmark Subscriptions offered by Hallmark directly. (Hallmark Movies Now is different from Hallmark TV subscription)
There is also a "Hallmark Movies Now on the Roku Channel". This subscription is managed by the Roku Channel. The Channel tiles are different and so are the login credentials. You cannot use them interchangeably. If this is your issue, go to the Search screen of the Roku and just type in "Hallmark". You will see the different Channels for install (as well as the tile icon). You can views all your Roku-partnered subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account under Manage My Subscriptions.
You access the "Hallmark Movies Now on the Roku Channel" either with the "Hallmark Movies Now on the Roku Channel" tile or from directly the Roku Channel and scroll down to your Subscription.
