Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Are your phone and Roku device using the same network? Do you get any error messages? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
Make sure your tv is running the latest Roku OS. Go to Settings > System > System Update > and Check for any updates.
