Roku mobile app

I can control my Now TV box with the mobile app, but when I try to rename the box im prompted to login. I've tried my roku account and my Now TV credentials. Each time I get a pop-up stating that I'm now logged on but I must re-login with the correct account for the Now TV box. How do I find out what the correct login is as I have no idea what else it could be?
