It depends on what you mean by "watching Roku". The Roku Channel can be viewed on any device with a web browser, as it offers an Internet web page for access. 

If you are referring to watching the output of a Roku player on your Android, that can't be done. There is no way to "stream" the output of a Roku to another device. There are ways to send the video/audio out from the Roku wirelessly, but only to a matching receiver that is connected to a display that support HDCP, such as any TV and most computer displays with an HDMI input.

I'm also not sure what you mean by "watch Roku". But if you are talking about streaming from sources like Hulu, Peacock, Hoopla, Tubi or whatever, why not just install the Android apps for those services? Why do you want your Roku to be involved?

Additionally, are you referring to watching on a mobile app? If so, certain shows can be viewed remotely using the Roku app on your Android phone. While some shows may have a "Watch Now on Mobile" option, not all content supports this feature. You might need an actual Roku device to access some shows.
