Roku mobile app

Is there a way to watch my Roku apps on my phone? It doesn't appear I'm able too, any info and help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry, no.  Most things available via Roku are available either by using a dedicated app on your phone or via a browser.  If you've subscribed to something through Roku then you'll only be able to use that subscription on a Roku device.  That's why it's usually better to subscribe directly through the provider.
