Watching Roku on Cell phone

@ I purchased  Roku Express and use it OK with the basic package where I don't pay any monthly fees but how to I get the same content on my cell phone?   I am in Canada. I have downloaded the Roku Mobile App official but I get a message wanting me to sign up for "Premium Ultimate Control TV" with prices of monthly CA$8.00, Weekly - CA$3.99 and Lifetime CA$28.00.

First, the phone app does not allow you to watch what's on the Roku. Other than The Roku Channel, you can't watch anything that's on the Roku. Depending on the provider, you might be able to watch their content on your phone, but that would have nothing to do with the Roku.

Next, I don't think you downloaded the official Roku app. I've never seen anything in the Roku app that requires a payment or subscription.
