Some smart TVs have the Roku Channel available in their app store. Samsung does for certain, and I believe there are others. Just be aware that it is not the same thing as having a Roku device. The Roku Channel is something Roku offers that does have a lot of content. But it doesn't allow you to install other channels from the Roku Channel Store on your Smart TV. If you want something like Disney+, and your TV doesn't offer it themselves, then you have to have an external player.
