Unable to conect app to my device

I recently changed routers and now the app on my android phone won't connect to my device and therefore I can't use the remote on the phone.  I have offloaded/reinstalled the app several times, logged out/in, and manually connect with the IP address several times and still, I can't get this to work.  It was working just fine prior to the router change.  I am still with the same internet provider.  Help!

Thanks for the post.

In order for you to use the Roku mobile to control a Roku device, you will need to be on the same wireless network. If you recently changed wireless networks, you will need a physical remote to setup the device to connect to the new wireless network.
