Roku support service person call me!!

I have been trying tk delete Fubo from my roku for over an hour. Fubo is no help and roku doesn't have the typical manage this subscription when I click the star beside it. I have been through all the roku steps and I would really like a person to call me and assist me before another 80 dollars comes out of my account. I dont even watch fubo since they broke their contract with the NBA and I can't watch the Lakers!

Subscription Inquiry | Need help deleting Fubo

Are you subscribed to Fubo through Roku, or directly through Fubo?

If through Roku, then cancel the subscription. Go to https://my.roku.com and log in. Then click Manage your subscriptions and cancel.

Removing an app from Roku won't cancel any subscription. Roku won't let you remove an app if you have an active subscription through Roku Pay.

Might this be what's going on?
