The Roku app SHOULD find any Roku connected to the same local network the phone is using. Make sure you have your phone's wifi turned on and connected to your home wifi network, and that the Roku is also connected to that same network.
If you're trying to use the Roku app on your phone to set up a net connection on a Roku that is not already connected to that same net, it won't work.
If that's not what you're doing, check your router's settings. Some routers can be configured to keep separate devices from communicating with each other.
