Watching Roku 4620x on version 10.5.0.4208 firmware. I"m using the iOS app to listen to sound on Apple airpod pros. At approximately 20 minutes, every 20 minutes the sound drops and the app shows device is disconnected. Clicking reconnect does not help. I have to close the app, disconnect from wifi for 30-60 seconds and reconnect to get audio back. Player works fine and switches audio back to TV with no real intruption in playbackbother then my personal audio stops in headphones.
Thanks for the post.
Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing?
-What device are you using and OS version is the device on?
-Are you doing anything when the private listening disconnects?
With more detailed information, we will be able to investigate the issue further.
Thanks,
Danny
Not sure how I can describe the issue any better. Let me know what part of the problem I can add details or clarify.
Using iPhone 12 pro Max iOS 15.3.1
No actions when connections drop.
Thanks for the post.
For clarification, are you doing anything when the private listening disconnects?

I have the same issue that OP describes: private listening disconnects the blue tooth headphones after 20 mins. The headphones are Sony WH-100XM3 blue-toothed to iPhone SE 14.8.1. Roku app is latest available. Roku device is 4630X serial number YR0083101373 device ID 7KA698101373 version 11.0.0 build 4193-29
The issue does not happen with headphones connected directly to the remote.
The issue has just started to happen recently for me, maybe a week or two ago.
I hope this is enough info for you to reproduce the problem, it is really annoying!
@ICUP I ended up rebooting my player, phone and network. When it all restored I was no longer having that issues. I don’t use it as frequently as I was but last 10-15 uses it worked for the entirety of my watching sessions.
I have also been experiencing disconnection problems in the past week. I am not a new user of the Roku Mobile app, but have been recently losing the blue tooth connection in as little as 2 minutes. I have deleted and reinstalled the Mobile App and am still having problems.
I am using a Roku Ultra with an Apple Iphone 13.
Any suggestions would be helpful as I use the private listening feature a lot.
Thanks for your reply. Tried your suggestion. Didn't work. While checking the controls in the Roku App, I noticed the Private Listening switch was turned off. Turning it on seems to have fixed the disconnect issue for the moment.
