Roku App not recognizing my Roku Channel Subscription to Acorn

I have a subscription to Acorn thru the Roku Channel, to be clear this is on the roku channel and not directly to Acorn. When I attempt to use my mobile devices to watch the programs on the Roku app, and not on my Roku devices I am presented with the error that I do not have an active subscription. I can watch the programs on my Roku devices with out issue, but not thru the Roku Mobile app.

Have you verified that you are using the same Roku account on the mobile devices that you use to access you Roku devices with?
