CALL YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER.
have them RESET your internet password and have them issue you a new one.
forget the internet devices and reconnect to the internet again on all devices and thank me later. trust me I’ve done research on this for almost two weeks. I’ve had it escalated to a tier 3 team or my internet and all he had to do was reset my password.
