Same just happened to me tonight. I’ve been listening through the app on my phone with my Bose headphones and all of a sudden I have the red line through the headphones pic. What’s up??
Thanks for the post.
Can you please provide more detailed information about the issue you are experiencing? What mobile device brand, model, and OS are you using to connect to the Roku mobile app? What version of the Roku mobile app are you using? When did you start seeing this issue occur and what troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
I actually chatted with someone through the help link on the Roku iphone app. It was a simple fix, but what happened was, on the list of my devices on the Roku phone app, I was still clicking on the one I’ve always clicked on that said “Living Room / 75 inch TCL Roku TV”.
Recently, I bought a Streambar Pro, and since I have several Roku TV’s, at the bottom of the Device list was another device that said Streambar Pro. That’s the one I need to click on. Side note…You have to use the remote that came with the Streambar Pro. If you’re like me, I’ve bought more remotes as they are improved and so other members of the family can have a remote also. THERE ARE NO MARKINGS TO SEPARATE STREAMBAR REMOTE FROM THE OTHERS. 😡 So if use another remote besides Streambar remote, you lose the functions of Streambar Pro, like seeing the new Roku home security camera icon on the tv, or on Roku iphone app YOU LOSE THE HEADPHONE OPTION. Whew!! 🤦🏻♂️😁
