Others accessing your tv via remote on app

I live in a three unit home. Others have been accessing my Roku devices in my home with the remote part of the Roku app. How can I stop this? They change the tv on us lol. How can I prevent them from using our tv on the app they use?

Try disabling "Network access" under Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Control by mobile.
