This app works well with my Roku device, but a few days ago the app stopped showing the logo of the channel movies that I’ve searched for could be watched on (Netflix, HBO, etc)- - now the thumbnail shows a random non-identifying page from the channel, which means it’s not possible to see what exact channel the movie can be found on. The only way to see what the channel is is to click on each thumbnail. Help!!
Only showtime and prime have identifying thumbnails
This is what I see on searches… I have to guess what channels these are because the thumbnails don’t show logos.
Same issue on iOS 16. I first noticed it last weekend, 9/25.

Can you please provide more detailed information about the issue you are experiencing as we are currently unable to replicate the issue. Can you provide an example of content you are searching for when you see this issue occur? If you are still experiencing an issue, can you please provide us with the following information:
-mobile device brand, model, and OS version
-Roku mobile app version
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
With more detailed information, we will be able to investigate further.
