Are you able to log in to https://my.roku.com/
If not, do a password reset and log in.
If so, ensure you are correctly typing it in the app.

Same for me, even if I know my log in information is 100% correct.
I do not know what they are doing.
We had the same problem. Deleting the Roku app and then downloading it again worked and the login info was accepted.
