Thanks for letting us know about the issue with your Roku device! We're here to help.
Just use the email address linked to your Roku account to reset up. Go to Settings > Network, and choose the option to activate your Roku device.
If that doesn't work, you might want to perform a factory reset. This will restart the Roku device and restore its initial setup.
