i have a hisense roku tv, and a roku streaming box. the remote app isn’t picking up either of them and crashes and freezes everytime i try to click devices, the rest of the app will work except the devices. i’ve deleted and redownloaded it, as well as unplugging the tv and the box. i’m not sure what to do has anyone else had this problem?

7.5.1 did fix the issue for me but not for everyone. I see there is another update today on AppStore. Did you guys try that? https://apps.apple.com/us/app/roku-official-remote-control/id482066631
the issue was resolved in latest app version 8.1.1

What version (OS) of the app do you have? I have no issues on my iPhone XR. It sees and can connect to all 5 devices (2 TVs and three players) on my network. Two of the Rokus are wired, and three are wireless, as is the phone of course.

I show app version 220.127.116.11, which is likely the same as yours. I just connected to my Sharp Roku TV next to me and it worked fine. Sorry I can't offer anything additional.

What IOS version are you on?
did you try deleting and reinstalling the app?
yes i tried that and i’m in ios 14.4
Can you reset your network settings and try again?
