@RokuDanny-R

Roku device model: 3941X - Roku Express 4K

Serial number: X016000T431E

device ID: S07P217T431E

software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) 11.0.0 Build 4193-CR

-mobile device brand: Google

model: pixel 4a 5G,

OS Android 13,

mobile app version: Software Version: 8.7.2.1324975

-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing: The information provided is for one of my FIVE impacted Rokus that are STILL NOT WORKING WITH THE ROKU APP. I have done factory resets on all of them. I have unplugged them all and left them unplugged. I have reset my modem and router. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Roku app. I have used different mobile devices such as Samsung, Apple, and Google devices and I am STILL unable to get the app to recognize ANY of the Roku devices in my home that DID previously work.

This is complete and utter BS on Rokus part. I want to SPEAK with someone and work to resolve this. How to I TALK to someone?!

@GAKing

Thanks for the post.

It looks like your Roku device is currently running an older OS at this time. Have you already tried updating your Roku device to the newest OS 11.5 build? Then once your Roku device is running the newest OS build checking to see if you are experiencing the same issue.

For more detailed information about how to check for a manual update, visit our Support page here: Update the software on your streaming devices

Please keep us posted what you find out.

Thanks,
