Roku mobile app

Lost remote looking for an app remote that will connect. It hasn't been used in a year or more and lost original remote. Found a remote app but it doesn't recognize the 3900x. It does see a roku yv in another room we have.

Thanks for sharing this here. We see that you're having trouble connecting your Roku Mobile App to your Roku Express. Don't worry; we're here to sort this out. 

If this is the only device that isn't showing on your Roku App, verify if...

• It is connected to the same network as your mobile device where the app was installed.
• Your device is on the latest software. To make sure, check for available software updates by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now. 

In the meantime, try rebooting your Roku device.

Here's how:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart
