Roku mobile app

I tried to remove the Roku Vudu Store from the mobile app, but instead of removing it, the app freezes. I have to exit the app and open it again to unfreeze it. How can I remove this channel if it won't let me remove it?

If you are talking about the Vudu channel, have you tried removing it from your actual Roku device. Highlight the channel, press * button, Remove channel.

I think you can only Add channels via the mobile app, but not Remove them via the mobile app. (at least, I can't on my Android version.)

If you are having issues with the mobile app, you can try clearing the cache and data cache in your mobile device's applications settings.

It is not on my Roku device; only on the mobile app. It is labeled as Roku Vudu Store and when I long click on it (click and hold) the remove option shows up. As soon as I click on Remove, the app freezes.

Ahhh.  Got it.  Then your app behaves differently than my version.  Perhaps post the version of the mobile app you are using with the mobile device and its version and others can hopefully provide you some guidance with more familiarity.

Generally, I would begin by clearing the caches.  If didn't work, then I would uninstall the mobile app, restart the mobile device, and do a clean install.  Then check for updates.  Then launch mobile app and see if resolved.

App settings says the version is 8.4.0.1.99531.

I have cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted and rebooted. It still freezes after clicking the remove option.
