Have you tried removing the app from your mobile device and trying to re-authenticate with your credentials. If you are still experiencing this issue can you please provide us with the following information: -Roku mobile app version -mobile device brand, model, and OS -when did you start seeing this issue occur

I am having the same problem as the others. I can log onto my Roku account via an internet browser but I am unable to log into my Roku account using the the cellular app. I get the equal errors message the other posters have indexed.
