Have you tried removing the app from your mobile device and trying to re-authenticate with your credentials. If you are still experiencing this issue can you please provide us with the following information:
-Roku mobile app version
-mobile device brand, model, and OS
-when did you start seeing this issue occur
Once we have more information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

I just downloaded the app on my iPad that just been updated to os15.5. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, version 8.4.0
It keep stating that my email or password does match the records. I then went to my phone and logged out and back in with no problem. Only having an not issue was on iPad.
I am having the same problem as the others. I can log onto my Roku account via an internet browser but I am unable to log into my Roku account using the the cellular app. I get the equal errors message the other posters have indexed.
Cannot log into app, says password and/or email don't match records, but I can sign in via web browser.
