App remote wont recognize the Roku

I have 2 Roku's. One is connected and is playing. The other one shows up on tv but roku remote can't find the device and won't show up at all. I went to Roku's login and both are linked. WiFi has not been changed. Unplugged the Roku restarted it. That didn't work. Finding the Ip number is hard. Both Roku's work fine until this morning. Help!!

Once your Roku is connected to your network, the IP address of your Roku device will show under Settings > Network > About or Settings > System > About

If your network separates the 2.4 GHz band and 5 GHz band, and if your Roku is on one (say, 2.4 GHz) and your phone is on the other (5 GHz in this example) then it might not see it. It really kinda depends on your network setup. But yes, usually they can see each other.
