App Shows “Not Found on Network”

I use the Roku App on my iPad/iphone for my remote as my basement has 2 Roku devices…when I get on my app, I can not select the TV as it shows (in purple) “Not Found on Network” over the TV name. It is streaming via wifi and I have tried restarting & resetting both the app and TV multiple times to no help…BUT it will let me connect by clicking “Get Help” and “Connect Manually”…this makes it a gigantic pain in the ass when trying to switch between the two TVs. How do I fix this so I DO NOT need to connect manually to switch TVs?

Thanks for the post.

Is the Roku TV you are trying to connect to linked the same Roku account as the rest of your Roku devices such the Roku Streaming Stick?
