I never opted for RoKU electronic subscription why are you all charging me . Please refund.

What is a Roku electronic subscription? Using the Roku is free and unless you subscribe to individual channels/apps that require a subscription, there is no charge.

What is the full exact description of this charge on your bank or credit card statement?

Log into your account at https://my.roku.com/subscriptions using the email address shown via Roku menu path Settings > System > About. You can cancel any subscriptions made through Roku there. If you have multiple Rokus and any of them shows a different email address, repeat this check on those Roku accounts as well.

Spammers that have gotten hold of your charge info can call their bogus charges anything they like, so charges claiming to be from Roku may not actually be from Roku. 

If you see no subscriptions listed on the Roku site(s), challenge the unrecognized charges with the financial institution through which the charges are arriving. They have the resources to trace them back to their actual origin.
