Hello, I am also trying to get my Roku XD Model 2050x working. It is set up but not getting audio. I see in earlier queries that someone in Support will contact me? How do I get help with this? Thanks.

The first generation Roku XD, model 2050, was discontinued from the Roku lineup in July 2011. Support for that device stopped around 2016. There is no support for that device.

Now, perhaps another Roku user could offer a suggestion, and this user support forum may be your best option for that. But, if you're not getting any sound out of the device, it could be that it's gone bad.
