This is still happening. Would be cool to get at least an update from Roku that they're aware of and working on this.

Which version of Windows 10 are you running? Is it in S-Mode? Are you running release 1809? What is the exact error message? How many Roku devices? Which model(s) (to include the model number)?

I am having the same issue with my Windows 10 on a private network at home.
Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.407)
ROKU Model 4660X - Roku Ultra, Software Version 9.0.0 - Build 4072-46

My Windows 10 Computer is a Lenova Laptop connected to the Xfinity Wifi on the 5g connection
The Roku is also connected to the same Xfinity WiFi 5g connection
The WiFi Cable Modem is an ARRIS Group, Inc. Model TG1682G

I am able to remote control my Roku Ultra, but I cannot sign in to the Roku Account from my Windows 10 Roku App, but I can sign in using my Androd Tablet Roku App

Receiving same error.  Figured I'd just add myself to the list.

Windows 10 Version 1809 (OS Build 18282.1000)
ROKU Model 4200X - Roku 3, Software Version 8.1.0 - Build 4145-04

My Windows 10 Computer is an HP Pavilion Laptop w/AMD A8-4500M APU connected to a Linksys/Cisco E3000 router through 5g connection
The Roku is plugged directly into the Linksys, which is connected toan ARRIS DG860A cable modem.

When I click on My Feed or the Streaming Channels icon, I get a password prompt.  When I enter my username and password in either section - I get the very helpful 'ERROR Http error' message.

Just set up my roku for the first time today. Same problem.  Looks like it's been broken for months. Will this be fixed?

Re: Windows 10 App HTTP Error

I have the SAME HTTP Error issue.  At least if there was a darn number associated with the Error message, but there is none.  As requested, I provided Roku tech with all the info they need about my app and windows version (see below).  They say their engineers are working on it, but it has been a month now, and NOTHING.  I am SO disappointed and frustrated.  I just want to throw the thing in the garbage and FORGET Roku forever.  It works well on my plasma tv, but not on my laptop.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, but it doesn't change a thing.
-OS version and build number from Roku device
-Roku Application Version
-IP address of Roku
-Laptop's software version
-Laptop's brand and model
-IP address of Laptop
-Error message (if it's possible a screenshot)

I'm having the same exact problem. just got off the line with support...after spending 10 minutes trying to make it clear that I'm talking about the windows 10 app..not my android app.
