Previously my Roku remote app worked flawlessly. A few days ago it stopped working. I have read all the posts I can find. I have tried to connect manually. Entered the IP address and it does not recognize it. It is on a private network. My other Roku device works fine. Other app users in the household do not have a problem. I have factory reset the tv. Checked the wireless connection. What else can I do?
The cellphone you're using the app from has to be on the same internet network and password as the roku is.
Heretofore, my ROKU apps have recognized my ROKU two hours ago. Hence, this is an arbitrary problem from ROKU. I have MANUALLY inserted my IP address to humor the "support" and it DOES NOT WORK!
