Roku Mobile App Difficulty Connecting to TV

When trying to connect my mobile app to my TV, I am having trouble accessing the remote or screen mirroring options. My TV shows up on the app and when I select it to connect, it tells me I'm connected but then it doesn't do anything else. I try clicking the "X" button to go back and now press the remote button, but then it asks me to connect a device again. Even when I try to connect my device manually, the same thing happens. It will tell me I'm connected but then proceed to not give me options for the remote or screen mirroring

@mgtirella  Thanks for reaching out. The Roku mobile app is not used for screen mirroring. This is a feature that can be accessed using a supported Windows or Android device. In order to control your Roku device with the Roku mobile app, you'll connect your device and should then be able to use the remote tab of the mobile app to control your device.
