Remote on App Not Working

Since the new format, my in-app remote won’t control the app on my tv. I tried to deactivate and reactivate, but channel two (where you get the code to reactivate) doesn’t exist anymore. Plus the contact support link doesn’t work. Any ideas?

Have you made sure that the device you are trying to control and the mobile device with the Roku app are on the same network?

Same network. When you try to connect the phone to the Roku via the app, it’s still telling you to get the code via channel 2. That’s the problem — how you can even add the device if channel two no longer exists.... 

 

I had them connected (Roku and my phone app) in the past (before the update) with no issue.
