This Premier unit is less than 6 months old. It suddenly stopped responding to the iOS app on phones and tablets. I have reset the device reconnected it to the network, made sure the devices are on the same network, rebooted the router, rebooted the iOS devices, deleted and reinstalled the iOS app, tried the permissive and default settings for app connection. The Roku responds to the Roku remote and streams properly. Software on the Roku is up to date. To be honest I do not know why I bought this as every Roku device I have ever owned has been problematic--this one replaced a Roku that frequently rebooted itself-- and instead of direct support from Roku one is directed to forums like this. If someone has an answer I would be grateful but regardless I will never buy another Roku device again.
