New WiFi, can't use phone remote anymore

I had internet company come and switch router: my ROKU is still in old WiFi but my phone remote is obviously on new WiFi. My remote isn’t working. I can’t control TV screen to change WiFi. Help

Thanks for the inquiry.

You will need a physical remote to set up your Roku device to your new wireless network. 

What Roku model device are you using so we can recommend you the appropriate replacement remote that you will need?

I have the same issue. Mine is listed as "Roku Player" in my device section. Is that too general?
